the hotel's restaurant offered convenient and affordable meals, quite helpful. i found the parking area ample and easy to access without any difficulty. the availability of helpful staff. i appreciated the assistance they provided throughout my visit.
The hotel lacked a microwave in the room. I would have appreciated having one.

The staff promptly accommodated my request. They provided a ground floor room. the room's size surprised me, it surpassed some apartments i have lived in. the chicken fried steak in the restaurant tasted surprisingly good.

The staff was really cute! I especially liked Ricky's friendly attitude at check-in. The food was both great and priced well (I thought so, at least!). The location is convenient because it is close to the monorail.
The hotel lacks coffee makers in the rooms. I had to bring my own, but I will know it for my next visit.

The front desk personnel were really helpful and quick during check-in. Security was present, always ensuring the hotel remained secure. I felt safe due to this security presence, important when traveling alone (I did!).

I appreciated the helpful and friendly service. My five-day stay was convenient. Andres at the front desk made a big difference. I felt welcome and cared for. I had a parking space near my room, and the parking was free.
The lobby has a bar and casino. It smelled of smoke. The smell has lingered for years.

The room was SPACIOUS and the beds provided a comfortable sleep. I appreciated the proximity to the monorail station. It made getting around simple. Free parking on-site was also quite convenient. Yelena was very helpful during check-out and another check-in process.
The cigarette smoke from the casino sometimes drifted into the bar area.

the bar and hotel staff were so friendly! bartender jerry was amazing and the sweetest lady i have ever met. the casino isn't overboard and everything was laid back! the pool area was clean and was awesome to enjoy for couples, friends, families or when meeting new people. the food was AMAZING!!! servings were more than enough!!!
